Gary Grizzle always does a great job in servicing our home for pests with All-Safe Pest & Termite. Today he was focused on mosquitoes. We have been experiencing problems with some unknown animal disturbing/overturning our mosquito station. Though Gary had not seen this problem before, he instantly came up with a possible solution. Extremely pleased with my decision
First off, my experience right from the start was great. My sales rep, Josh, was fantastic to work with, and he had so much patience with me as I had tons of questions after having a horrible experience with Orkin and the lack of services I received. I never felt pressured by Josh, and he completely understood that I wanted to do research with multiple companies before making a decision.
Having Dave come over today for the pest service was a breath of fresh air. The service I received today was night and day from the service I received from Orkin. Communication is huge for me, and I love the way they communicated with us throughout the entire service. I was also very impressed with the level of detail that was included, not only in the customer portal but sent to me via email. I really appreciated that Dave was thoughtful enough to move a rodent bait station that Orkin put in my attic to outside to help rodents die outside instead of in my attic.
Brett and his team were fantastic. I really appreciated their communication with us on what all was completed to help us prevent termites. We were told by Orkin that there were termites in our yard and that if they were in our yard, they would find our home. Come to find out, there were no signs of termites found in the inspection today, but we got started with preventive services and we are so glad that we picked All-Safe Pest & Termite for this. Great team all around, and we could not be more pleased!
