I am so pleased from initial visit with All Safe Pest & Termite. I canceled Orkin due to terrible customer service. I finally decided to try another provider in the area and chose All Safe. I am so happy I did. From signing up to Nick the tech’s arrival was a seamless, less stressful process. What most impressed me was how “patient” Nick was with ensuring we understood what he would do and answering our concerns thoroughly with no attitude or blowoffs. He explained how other services we did not know about could be layered into the main service as those needs arise. I noticed the work he did outside as well to ensure mesh was added as needed and the things. I explained to Nick my husband Nolty can sometimes totally go into Progressive Commercial mode in trying to explain how he used to spray 🤪 but despite that, Nick smiled and listened. Yes it was the Nick Nolty show. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’m really grateful for our initial experience and if this continues, we look to be a long-time customer. Thanks Nick and All Safe!!!!
